Christopher Lux

Chris began his building career in 2004 when working for a small family company as a project manager. His focus was the restoration of formerly abandoned homes in the City of Philadelphia which eventually led him in 2008 to pursue a remodeling business of his own. After seven years of self-employment and the pending arrival of his second child, Chris decided to approach Greg about an opportunity to join Harth Builders and assist in its growth. It was a match right away!

Chris joined Harth Builders in 2015 as the 25th employee and the first salesperson other than our founder, Allyn Harth, and Greg Harth. He now leads Harth’s team of Design-Build Consultants, guiding them as they help clients bring their home visions to life while delivering an exceptional remodeling experience from start to finish. Additionally, he ensures the deliverables his team provides internally is clear for both the Estimating and Production teams.

Chris, his wife, two children, and their anxious Weimaraner reside in Glenside. He’s frequently spotted entertaining friends with the finest cigars and bourbon!
