It is hard to believe the exterior of this modern home actually looks like a farmhouse! It was important to our client during this remodel to have the entire first floor open. We were able to do this with multiple support beams and structural steel columns throughout the first floor. Another important factor was color! Our client loved experimenting with different bold colors as you will see throughout the home.
