Harth Builders recently announced a collaboration with Westchester Modular Homes (WMH) to build custom single-family and multi-family homes. Known for their high-quality construction and rapid turnaround time, WMH has been manufacturing modular homes since 1986. By offering WMH products to our clients, Harth Builders enhances their ability to deliver luxury custom homes for clients quickly and efficiently.

Whereas homes that are custom built on-site often experience weather-related production delays, modular custom homes are constructed by experienced craftsmen indoors in a climate-controlled environment. One of the benefits of this arrangement is that work can be scheduled and performed more easily. If you live in a stucco home built in the last 20 years, you may need to have your home assessed for necessary repairs. The first step is to conduct a blower door test. Blower door tests, which start at less than $900, identify the “leakiness“ of your home. The data we collect from this test creates a baseline of energy efficiency and enables Harth Builders to provide a comprehensive strategy with multiple options for improving the energy efficiency of your home.
