For the 9th year, Harth Builders Earns Guildmaster Honors for Excellent Customer Service
We are pleased to share that we have once again earned Guildmaster honors from GuildQuality. For those of you who may not be familiar with GuildQuality, they are an independent research firm that specializes in gathering customer satisfaction feedback on behalf of remodeling companies.
Harth Builders is committed to providing excellent customer service for each and every client. GuildQuality plays an important role in monitoring how well we are performing these home remodeling services. Each time we complete a project, GuildQuality sends a survey to our customer asking them to rate our work across a variety of areas. The intelligence they gather gives us critical visibility into our work performance. With this information, we are better able to manage our people, projects, and subcontractors.
Each year, GuildQuality recognizes remodeling companies who are achieving the highest customer satisfaction ratings with Guildmaster Awards. In granting these awards, GuildQuality considers two primary metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers who would recommend, and the percentage of customers who responded. To earn the Guildmaster title, award recipients must achieve a recommendation rate of greater than 90%, as well as a survey response rate of 80% or greater.
