It’s not just residential remodeling and construction that are booming right now; the commercial corridors of many of our local towns are just as vibrant. Lower Gwynedd is one of those townships and we at Harth Builders are reaping the benefits of new eateries, everyday conveniences and much improved walkability.
The opening of the newest Whole Foods Market (and its incredible avocado toast bar) has done wonders in bringing more folks into Lower Gwynedd and allowing them to experience all of the great growth we have seen here. One of our fine Italian BYOB restaurants, Arpeggios, recently rebuilt their restaurant to include a huge outdoor patio and a contemporary interior that feels like a Center City establishment. And let’s not forget one major component all communities need….coffee! A brand new Starbucks was recently opened as well that includes outdoor seating and a convenient drive-through.
As these local businesses continue to grow, so does the interest in Lower Gwynedd as a place to live and raise a family. Folks who have been here for many years are more eager to stay and young individuals who grew up here are returning.

Should you find yourself at The Carriages, you will also find a newly installed pedestrian bridge that not only connects the development to the Lower Gwynedd Trail System, but to the revamped Spring House Village Shopping Center as well! This new trail and bridge connection will further help to increase the overall “walkability” within the up and coming community. The new pedestrian bridge and walking trail are both in the works to be finalized soon.
