Believe it or not, this existing home used to feel very chopped up and dysfunctional! A large portion of the back of this Fort Washington residence included two oversized rooms that were utilized as a mudroom and separate laundry room. The original kitchen felt cramped in comparison to the rest of the house as well. Our main goal of this project was to create transitions between the rooms that made sense and felt effortless and very cohesive. By swapping around a few of the existing spaces, we were able to expand the kitchen into a new gorgeous bar and pantry area. The laundry was also moved and re-designed to incorporate a new dog shower! All spaces now have a functional purpose, plenty of storage and look absolutely stunning!
