The renovation began with an exterior overhaul. The ranch-style home was stripped to the studs, one wing’s crawl space was converted into a nine-foot walk-out basement, and the garage was expanded with a single 20-foot-wide door. The modern farmhouse design now features a black-and-white color scheme, stone veneer, James Hardie siding, and a front porch with stained wood gable beams. A new detached two-car garage complements the home.
Inside, a double-door entry opens to a bright chef’s kitchen with expansive windows offering views of the patio and custom pool. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and family room includes a wet bar for entertaining, while a large butler’s pantry adds storage and functionality.
