Our Ambler clients were looking to remodel their primary bath so the Mom had a beautiful retreat location when the children weren’t around. Their existing bath was tiny and outdated. We expanded the floor plan by removing walls and eliminating an adjacent make up area and small reach-in closet. These changes resulted in a comfortable size bath that incorporates a freestanding tub and filler, enlarged shower, and generous vanity with storage. For a more spacious, airy feel, we raised the ceiling above the shower and replaced the existing full-height shower wall with partial-height walls and frameless shower glass. Additional shower features include a hand shower and a durable quartz shower ledge for toiletries. A cleverly placed wall niche adjacent to the vanity provides an additional shelf for candles and bath amenities and includes a Samsung Frame TV above for enjoyment while bathing or grooming. The new aesthetics accomplish the clients’ desire for an oasis feel with deep green cabinetry, restful, soft pinks on the walls and tile accents, quartz counters and floor tile with a marble appearance, and warm touches of brushed bronze. The renovated bath is a true oasis for both relaxation and daily use!
