A client whom we have previously worked with reached out to us again regarding work needed on their old family farm. This Worcester farm happened to be the family business headquarters! All buildings on the campus have a very farm-like feel, however, the financial service building was right out of the 1980s. Working with their architect we expanded the building to include a new breakroom, kitchen, and two ADA bathrooms. We also remodeled the full interior and exterior with updated (but still period appropriate) finishes throughout. While it may look like the mid-1800s building now from the exterior, rest assured, it has all the latest card access technology, fire suppression systems, steel staircases, and modern art that you would expect in today’s finest corporate interiors!
