Our Ambler clients purchased a gorgeous townhome reassembling one you’d find on the streets of Philadelphia. Similar to a brownstone, many of the rooms on the first floor felt cramped and separated. By removing a few sections of interior dividing walls, we were able to expand the kitchen and visually make it feel vast and open. Mudroom cubbies were also incorporated to aid in the lack of storage when first entering the home.

We also combined two bathrooms on the second floor (one in the hall and one on-suite) to make a new larger and updated space. The new bathroom now has a sleek free standing tub and open shower! The bathroom on the 3rd floor also was transformed with new tile and floating cabinetry. Our clients have a love for fun color, art and patterns which can all be spotted throughout the home and really make the rooms pop!
