Our Ambler clients were unhappy with several small, but impactful, design elements in their first-floor main living spaces. They found that the lack of organization in the mudroom, dark and poorly lit living room, and a tight bay window which diminished the view to the rear yard, took away from the enjoyment of their space. We were able to meet their needs by providing a custom storage unit and bench in the mudroom. We also helped lighten the living room by replacing the old bay window with taller double hung windows that complimented the architecture of the home, as well as provided lots of natural light to the room. New flooring, updated recessed lighting, fresh paint for millwork and the space throughout, completed and heightened the design of the already charming home.
