Our clients were excited by the prospect of customizing a home from the ground up on a private plot of land in Blue Bell. Working with our Custom Homes Designer they were able to tailor the home to fit their needs including a large kitchen with a walk-in pantry and bar, a mudroom with a dog wash station, and a grand entrance with custom open stairs and stunning beams over the main living space. The attached cabana is a feature that, with a fireplace and heaters discreetly mounted on the ceiling, will be a space that can be used year round. The family home also features en-suites for each of the bedrooms which is  appreciated by both parents and children as well as a large second floor laundry room with steam closet!
