Our Blue Bell client was seeking an exterior remodel and facelift of their large stucco home. Work included complete stucco removal from all sides of the exterior. We installed James Hardie materials using a combination of lap siding and board and batten siding to create greater interest, particularly on the rear four-story elevations of the home. By using a darker trim color, we created depth to the home’s overall aesthetic. New carriage-style garage doors with windows now bring light into the formerly dark garage and the home is accented with painted wood shutters and decorative lighting. The addition of a large portico with stained wood timber accents and new updated double entry doors create a beautiful, welcoming grand entrance for the client and their guests.
