Outdoor pergola spaces can maximize livable space while capturing the beauty of nature. Our Flourtown non-profit client wanted to increase the functionality of their existing building and take advantage of the spectacular views of their setting. Their new pergola makes an otherwise hot patio very comfortable and allows events to be scheduled during inclement weather or temperatures. Heaters take the chill out of early/late seasons temperatures and fans keep the space cool in the summer. The existing patio areas were raised to create better, more useful layouts for event planning. The successful transformation will be enjoyed by guests and staff for years to come!
