The expansion of Harth Builders’ design-build services and professional team led to opening a new location that would support our business, employees and clients. The renovation of our new two-story commercial home at 812 N. Bethlehem Pike in Lower Gwynedd enables us to consistently deliver excellence to our clients. The interior and exterior of the existing building were completely remodeled. The building now features Harth’s Experience Center, more than 1,000 square feet featuring custom cabinetry, quartz countertops and full-height backsplash, and high-end appliances so clients have a hands-on interaction with potential features for their homes. Additionally, the office, support and warehouse spaces equip Harth’s Executive, Administrative, Estimating, Design and Production teams to lead and guide clients from the initial dream stage to the successful execution of their home remodel or new build project. Premier Class A tenant space within the building is available, as well as being leased to local businesses including a hot yoga studio, property management and wellness services.
