The goal of this Horsham Addition was to provide the homeowner with a space for her grandchildren to gather when they come to visit. She previously had a covered patio that we transformed into a new fully conditioned space. We accommodated her desire to use a family table that she had kept as a game table as well. It was important that the new space looked like it was always there from both the exterior and interior. We accomplished that by raising the level of the floor to meet with the existing house and seamlessly tying in the flooring. Tons of storage for books, games, and pillows was designed by incorporating bookshelves and a bench with lift top!
