Our Lower Gwynedd client approached us for remodeling services before she even closed on her new property. She was excited to get settled and wanted the existing kitchen, laundry, and adjacent bath updated along with replacement of various existing cabinetry and windows throughout the house. Additionally, she was seeking increased functionality in the primary suite. We reallocated her closet space, moved the laundry upstairs to her dressing area, and replaced all the plumbing fixtures for increased functionality and aesthetics. Her kitchen layout was reconfigured for increased functionality with an island replacing the existing peninsula, new range location, large farmhouse sink centered under a new window, and tall cabinetry replacing the built-in pantry.

Our client’s newly remodeled home gives her the fresh, contemporary feel she was seeking with bright white kitchen cabinets with a touch of blue at the island, white subway tile backsplash, and charcoal soapstone counters with a suede finish. A starburst patterned floor tile now extends from her new mudroom into the bath, perfectly complimenting the now enlarged shower, black plumbing fixtures, and textured wallcovering. Engineered hardwood replaced carpet at the stairs and matches to the refinished hardwood floors throughout the first floor. Harth’s design and remodeling services touched almost every room throughout the house helping to transform it into her forever home!
