Our Meadowbrook clients came to Harth with a dated and ill-functioning kitchen that had cramped in-kitchen seating, and no pantry space. Their laundry appliances and utility sink were also squeezed into the back corner. Drab colors, tight circulation, failing appliances all contributed to a need for change.
The Design Team, together with the client who loved color as much as function and organization, created an organized open plan! This unique and fun kitchen includes of a garden nook corner for potting plants, a laundry alcove with storage, a new pantry where a previous entrance alcove to the kitchen once stood. This new pantry has plenty of storage options too!
Bright and colorful without being over-bearing, the color palette is balanced by wood countertops and floating shelves. Peninsula seating outside of kitchen work areas created a large work surface, leading to a wonderfully functioning space!
