For this renovation, our client was seeking to update the all-brick exterior of their home. We added a beautiful grand entrance featuring limestone tiles and molding accents and topped it off with an architectural black spire. We replaced their existing front door with a gorgeous arched fiberglass door that mimicked the arched window and opening above. A new brick walkway with two light piers now illuminates the way to the front entrance. Two chimney pots were added to the twin chimneys for extra architectural detailing. We then updated the existing corners with quoined details to tie the home’s new facade together. The finishing touch was three new beautiful faux wood garage doors that polish off the right side of the house. This gorgeous renovation was successfully completed with plans by Luce Architects.
