Our Oreland clients loved their location but were cramped in their homes and limited by their tiny, ill-functioning kitchen and bedroom. They approached us requesting a large inviting kitchen to celebrate their love of cooking along with an expanded second-floor primary suite and a lower-level swim spa. Their new two-story addition gives them ample room to breathe. Their beautiful, spacious kitchen includes a 6-burner gas range, a large island with seating, and an extensive pantry and counter space for entertaining. New French doors give immediate access to their rear yard. And they now have a light-filled primary suite including a generously sized bedroom, rain head shower with built-in bench, walk-in closet, and sitting room. Access to their new swim spa was increased by incorporating a spiral staircase from the kitchen to their lower level.
