Our task for this project was to renovate an old Philadelphia stone home back to its original beauty! This was the home our client grew up in originally with fond memories of different family members sharing the home together. Although the goal was to update this home, existing characteristics that  give the home its charm were to remain. Details such as the original stained millwork and doors really make this home shine. The main kitchen in the home received the majority of the updates with new cabinets, counters, tile and appliances. A neutral palette aids in making the kitchen feel fresh and bright! Mixing of metals in the fixtures and finishes gives it a bit a modern edge as well. Three bathrooms also received an update, one powder room and two full baths. The basement was complete refinished and made into an in-law suite for our client’s mother. This home now full functional, stunning and ready for all the new family memories yet to come!
