We are proud to announce that Harth Builders has earned a spot on the 2020 list of the Top 100 Customer Satisfaction Leaders compiled by Qualified Remodeler in collaboration with Guild Quality.
To qualify for this recognition, remodeling companies across the United States and Canada were evaluated based on their customer satisfaction ratings as tabulated by Guild Quality. Only companies who had a 92% recommend rate or better among all completed Guild Quality satisfaction surveys in 2019 earned a place on the Top 100 Satisfaction Leaders list. The recommend rate is the percentage of customers who would recommend a remodeler to a friend following the completion of their project. Harth Builders earned a recommend rate of 97% during that period and is one of only five remodeling firms across the state of Pennsylvania to secure a spot on the Top 100 list.
