Not too long ago it was announced that Harth Builders was named the builder for The Carriages at Lower Gwynedd. This project is currently under construction with 3 of the planned 11 carriage houses almost complete. The new showroom for The Carriages (located at 904 Sumneytown Pike, Spring House PA) was designed by two of Harth’s Design Coordinators, Cindy Aman and Samantha Pratt. It showcases all of the different custom design selections, options and details available for the new owners.
Recently, the new showroom hosted a broker’s open. Harth invited local real estate agents to view not only the plans, but to venture on to the construction site as well. Guests were also given the opportunity to meet numerous vendors involved with supplying the essential packages for the new homes. Such packages include appliances, cabinetry, home security/automation etc.
