The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) awarded Harth with three Remodeler of the Year (RotY) Regional Awards and one National Award, while Chrysalis awarded Harth with two Regional Awards and the Decade of Excellence Award.
RotY accolades include both a National Award and Regional Award in the category of Residential Exterior $50,000-$100,000; and two Regional Awards in the categories of Residential Interior $250,000-$500,000 and Residential Exterior over $200,000. Chrysalis honored us with two Regional Awards in the categories of Residential Exterior and Residential Interior $300,000-$500,000; and the Chrysalis Decade of Excellence Award, the highest honor the organization presents.
NARI RotY Awards celebrate companies who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. The RotY Awards are the highest form of recognition by industry leaders and peers.
Chrysalis Awards recognize excellence in construction and design among the leading residential remodeling firms across the country. The entries were judged on overall design, the creative use of space and materials, and the degree to which the project enhanced the original structure.
The Chrysalis Decade of Excellence Award is presented only once to companies who have won a Chrysalis Award in ten separate years since Chrysalis became a national competition in 2000. Harth joins an exclusive group of only 18 other companies who have achieved this honor.
These wins come on the heels of us being named Philadelphia Magazine’s Best of Philly 2024 for Best Way to Spend Your Golden Years, recognizing us for the unparalleled, specialized remodeling enhancements we do for clients who want to age independently and safely in their homes for years to come.
