Curb appeal is crucial! For our Cinnaminson, New Jersey clients, they loved the new home they bought but not its exterior aesthetic. The existing stucco required remediation at numerous locations and the front facade with aged wrought iron balcony, first floor window covers, and dated, dark entry doors was undesirable to them. Harth’s team listened intently and accomplished our clients’ goals with stunning results.
The first eye-catching features of the exterior transformation include a stately new portico with boxed columns, 1×6 v-groove painted ceiling, standing seam metal roof, and bluestone pavers. Also included are a beautiful pair of three-quarter lite ProVia entry doors, Emtek’s Hamden EMPowered Motorized Touchscreen Keypad Entry Set, and black lantern-style wall sconces flanking the doors. James Hardie siding, in a combination of shake-style and horizontal plank for contrasting texture and visual interest, is complemented by a natural stone veneer on the exterior of the first level. The existing porthole windows were replaced with square windows at the entry doors, a better fit with the overall style of the home. TruExterior outside corners and corner boards frame the new and existing windows and reinforce the fresh, new modern aesthetic of the home. Existing stucco at the rear façade was maintained to save cost with its color attractively coordinated into the new color scheme. Our overjoyed clients have a forever home they now love – both interior and exterior – and we couldn’t be happier for them!
