The breath of Harth Builder’s expertise includes the design of commercial interiors! Grace & Glow MD, a new tenant in Harth’s Lower Gwynedd business location, requested guidance on their new space. A physician-led women’s wellness and medical aesthetics center, space planning of the existing square footage needed to include four exam rooms outfitted with sinks and medical equipment along with a lab, consultation room, storage closet, and physician’s office. With the practice focused on enhancing natural beauty, the design and appearance of the entire suite and specifically the reception area, was essential to supporting the company’s upscale branding and client-focused, personalized care. Within the reception area, designated locations for showcasing awards and retail display of skin care products were needed as well as a custom designed, ADA-compliant reception counter and comfortable seating. Client goals for the interior aesthetic included a warm and inviting feel using a combination of woods, stone, and their branding colors including greens, soft pinks, and rose gold. Lighting was critical within the reception area and adjacent spaces with softer, less intense lighting for mood in the reception and hallways while the exam rooms and lab required brighter lighting without feeling sterile. Grace & Glow MD’s new location successfully exemplifies the professional feel and aesthetic they were seeking within a well-designed floor plan that supports and maximizes business efficiency. This remodel is a commercial success story that will serve the business and their clientele for many years to come!
