Gregory Harth, MCR, CAPS

Gregory Harth is the President and Chief Visionary Officer (CVO) of Harth Builders, a nationally recognized Design Build Remodeling firm with three decades of experience serving Greater Philadelphia.

Greg’s love for building began with Legos. Today he leads Harth Builders, a $28MM company with 80 employees in Lower Gwynedd. His passion lies in building relationships that strengthen and enrich communities.

Greg earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware in ’96 then began his career at Peter Kiewit Sons’ as a Project Engineer, contributing to Denver’s $1.2B I-25 reconstruction and light rail expansion.

In 2003, Greg joined his father, Allyn Harth, at Harth Builders, taking ownership in 2008. Since then, he has led the company to sustained growth and profitability, earning over 50 industry awards, including National Chrysalis honors from the Philadelphia Business Journal and Philadelphia Magazine’s Best of Philly 2024.

Greg is a member of Remodelers Advantage, Vistage Small Business, and the Leadership Team of Professional Remodeling Organization Greater Philadelphia. He holds Master Certified Remodeler, Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler, and Certified Aging in Place Specialist credentials.

He lives in Blue Bell with his wife, two daughters, and bernadoodle, Erwin, and enjoys traveling, aiming for two new passport stamps each year.
