Remodeling Consultant
Jeffrey Harth brings a dynamic blend of leadership, craftsmanship, and exceptional client service to his role as Remodeling Consultant at Harth Builders, where he helps clients reimagine and renovate their homes and properties with thoughtful care. With decades of experience guiding individuals and teams—from the backcountry to the boardroom—Jeff combines his love for historic properties with a deep respect for timeless design. At Harth, he is known not only for helping clients realize their vision but also for his strong commitment to preserving the character and integrity of older properties while modernizing them for today’s living.
A former enlisted U.S. Marine and then Navy tactical pilot, Jeff’s sense of discipline, precision, and mission focus trace back to his military roots. These values were first nurtured through Scouting, where he earned the rank of Eagle Scout and went on to serve as a Scoutmaster and instructor. He has since applied these traits to the big blue sea. An accomplished sailor, instructor, and craftsman, Jeff recently rescued a derelict 37’ classic sailboat—gutting and rebuilding her inside and out in preparation for a transatlantic passage. Whether navigating the skies or seas, or mentoring others on land, Jeff has always been driven to lead with purpose, adapt under pressure, and serve with honor—traits that directly inform how he manages remodeling projects and client relationships.
Jeff’s passion for historic homes stems from a lifelong fascination with craftsmanship and the stories older properties hold—a love first inspired by his grandparents in rural Alabama and later nurtured alongside his father, Allyn. He finds joy in working with clients who share an appreciation for original millwork, a love for old stone foundations, and noticing the architectural details that define a home’s unique character. His experience living and working abroad, paired with an MBA in International Business, gives him a global perspective that he channels into high-quality home transformations—rooted in both tradition and innovation.
