Mike Bowman

Born and raised in a construction family, Mike grew up surrounded by the trades but spent many years trying to find his true passion. His journey took him down several different paths, from working in a TV studio to running his own landscape business to fabricating ornamental metalwork.

Eventually, Mike decided to stop running from the world he knew best and instead build upon it. He returned to school at Temple University, earning a degree in Community & Regional Planning. When the 2008 financial crisis hit, he found himself drawn back to what felt like his true calling: construction. In 2020, following the COVID-19 pandemic, Mike found his second home with Harth Builders.

Today, he focuses on the business side of construction, where he combines his field experience with strategic planning and problem-solving. He’s passionate about improving processes, supporting teams, and contributing to the continued success of every project.

Outside of work, Mike’s greatest joy is his family. His wife and two daughters keep him on his toes. He loves spending time outdoors and is always ready to take on a new challenge—whether in the woods or at work.
