The Retail Facade Design Initiative is being developed to assist our fellow Spring House business owners in creating a more vibrant commercial corridor. We have all seen the dramatic changes in local shopping centers that not only make the buildings more attractive but also attract new customers and new businesses. We are working in conjunction with Lower Gwynedd Business Association and Bethlehem Pike Beautification Committee.
There are two options for business owners interested in redesigning their exterior:
Conceptual Design Package*
• 2 dimensional, black and white, scaled drawings depicting the front elevation of your business
• Budgeting guidance of + /– 10% for the proposed design to be constructed
Full Design Services*
• Construction drawings and 3 dimensional color renderings
• Detailed scope of work with construction specifications and a fixed price
• Selections guidance and coordination for all exterior materials
