In the latest edition of the Harth Builders home remodeling newsletter, we share the details of an amazing first floor transformation we recently completed for a family in Holland, Pa. The homeowners, parents of three young children, needed to make significant changes to their home to improve the features, flow and functionality for their family. Our work traversed the entire first floor, from the foyer, to the kitchen, family room, dining room, play room, laundry, powder room, mudroom, the garage, and even the exterior. The effect was a first floor makeover that dramatically improved this family’s quality of life.
