Every year since 2009, Remodeling Magazine has published a list of the top 550 Remodeling firms in the United States. (Remodeling 550) Harth Builders is now found on this list! There is a variety of criteria involved in making the list, but it is mainly driven by revenue.

While we recognize the importance of revenue growth in any business, we also realize that the key to that growth is client satisfaction. Harth Builders was also awarded by Guild Quality, a third party that surveys all of our clients following construction, a Service Excellence Distinction. This award was only given to 13 of the Top 100 firms on this year’s list; Harth Builders ranks 59th.

So how has the Harth Family lead its team from a basement office in 2003 to a team of 34 and a national ranking in 2017? The answer lies within three things; quality, communication and cleanliness.

We do what we say we are going to do. We show up on time and leave sites clean after every day. We communicate with clients on a daily basis and always make them aware of the next steps. We answer our phones and are sure to respond to all communication within 24 hours. We hold ourselves to a standard of quality that far exceeds the majority of our competitors and most importantly, we stand behind our work.
